Fluorosequencing Image Analysis code

phase_correlate.py is code now part of scikit-image.

A Docker image with a pre-installed, working version of this code and an example data set is available on Zenodo at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.572317. A walkthrough tutorial is provided on Zenodo with the image, allowing you to immediately start running analysis.
