Python script to remove specimen replicates from seqdb specific for the LM collection

Required Software

Python 2.7

Required Python Modules

requests - http://docs.python-requests.org/en/master/

Installing Python Modules with pip

pip install requests

Running the script

$ git clone https://github.com/AAFC-MBB/RemoveSpecReplicate.git
$ cd RemoveSpecReplicate
$ python RemoveScript.py apikey [-v verbose] [-d Dryrun] [--live Points to live database | --test points to test database | --local points to local database]
