Query for Clinical Attributes

cBioPortal uses standard (normalized) header for each clinical attribute. For each clinical attribute in your clinical file, please look up its matched NORMALIZED_COLUMN_HEADER by Table or Search Tab and use this NORMALIZED_COLUMN_HEADER as your column header.
