Interface library for a Crossbow IMU440

Requires the serial library. Last tested for version 1.2.1.

Tested on ROS Indigo/Hydro.

Non-ROS building is no longer enabled. See CMakeLists.txt.rosbuild to figure out how to cobble together your own CMakeLists.txt outside of catkin.
