OLPG: Ontology Library for Phenomics and Genomics

A modern Java library for working with (biological) ontologies. This repository was forked from https://github.com/Phenomics/ontolib on January 27, 2018. This fork will be developed to extend various aspects of ontolib and may be merged back with ontolib in the future.
