Protein Roll is a d3 based protein and peptide viewer. The goal is to show peptide positions on the protein in a comparable way.
Inner and outer circles represent the same protein with different modifications. When the user moves the pointer over a peptide, peptide and protein sequence can be seen below the chart. If two peptides have the same color and are in the same position on the inner and outer circle, it means they are the same peptides.
