Galaxy FR tools

List of tools included in the Galaxy Freiburg instance

Actiavte Conda environment with ephemeris

rt PATH=/usr/local/tools/_conda/bin/:$PATH
ce activate ephemeris

Install/Update all tools specified in tools.yaml

-install -t tools.yaml -a $GALAXY_API_KEY -g galaxy.uni-freiburg.de

Install a single tool

-install --name prokka --owner crs4 --section_label 'Annotation' -a $GALAXY_API_KEY --galaxy http://galaxy.uni-freiburg.de -g galaxy.uni-freiburg.de
