Kubernetes Helm Charts for the Open Science Framework

Installation

Prerequisites

• Install Helm
• tl;dr brew install kubernetes-helm && helm init --client-only
• A running Kubernetes cluster

Configuring the charts repository

d the charts repository
 repo add cos https://centerforopenscience.github.io/helm-charts/
st the available charts
 search cos/

Check which charts are installed

 ls

Update/upgrade a release

The namespace from the installation will be used.

 upgrade -i <release-name> -f /path/to/values.yaml

Delete a release

 del --purge <release-name>
