Docker Composer assembly for core Sidora backend

Use docker-compose up to try it.

Includes Fedora Commons 3.8.1 with GSearch, Apache Jena Fuseki 2.6.0, and Apache Solr 4.6.1.

Fedora Commons will be available at http://localhost:8080/fedora, Fuseki will be available at http://localhost:8100/fuseki, and Solr will be available at http://localhost:8090/solr.
