localbudgets

Open Municipal Budgets - ver 2.0

Getting started:

1. Clone this project

2. Install Vagrant: https://www.vagrantup.com/downloads.html

3. Install VirtualBox: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

4. go to the vagrant direcotry in the project and run: $ vagrant up

5. this should run a VM server on your computer and then you can access the site in the following urls: http://127.0.0.1:8000 http://127.0.0.1:8000/show_muni/hura/2010/
