This site provides information about the use of Payment Request API to streamline Web checkout.

Status: This site is in the earliest stages of development by a task force of the W3C Web Payments Working Group. We anticipate providing the following kind of information:

• Introductions to Payment Request API
• Code examples
• Developer guides
• Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about checkout pages, security and fraud management, payment apps, and relation to other standards activities.
• Implementation status
• Payment method good practice, for those creating their own payment methods and integrating them with PaymentRequest API.
• Payment app good practice, for those creating their own payment apps.
• Branding
• Value proposition
