README

Welcome to the caIntegrator Project!

caIntegrator is a web-based software application that allows researchers to set up custom web portals to conduct integrative research, with no programming experience required. These portals bring together heterogeneous clinical, microarray and medical imaging data to enrich multidisciplinary research.

caIntegrator is distributed under the BSD 3-Clause License. Please see the NOTICE and LICENSE files for details.

You will find more details about caIntegrator in the following links:

The NCI-hosted instance of caIntegrator has been retired but data is available in other locations. For more information, see the caIntegrator Retirement Announcement.
