Auto gen eslint config file.

Installation
m i egg-lint --save-dev
Usage

Add this lib to package.json's devDependencies, it will generate .eslintignore & .eslintrc at the project root path.

How

Use npm postinstall hoook to create the eslint config after each npm install run.
