Hompage: http://tumor.informatics.jax.org/mtbwi/pdxSearch.do

Steps to metadata

1: How do I find the set of (human) datasets that are available?

i) Visit: http://tumor.informatics.jax.org/mtbwi/pdxSearch.do

ii) Without selecting any attributes and simply clicking 'search' I can see a list of all datasets: http://tumor.informatics.jax.org/mtbwi/pdxSearchResults.do;jsessionid=460999BC96E834BF95E2EAE0BCD5FB29?modelID=&gene=

2: How do I request information on an individual dataset (or maybe a batch of datasets)?

i) Clicking on 'Model ID' [J000077451] enables you to see information on an individual dataset.

3: Where do I find the dataset attributes?

Accession number: Model ID (J000077451)

URL: http://tumor.informatics.jax.org/mtbwi/pdxDetails.do?modelID=J000077451

Title: Primary Site [Prostate gland] + Diagnosis [adenocarcinoma] + Tumor Site [brain] + Tumor Type [Metastatic] + Stage / Grade [AJCC IV/Not specified] Sex [male] + Age [75] + Race [White/Not Reported]

Description: Engraftment Host: Strain [NSG)NOD scid gamma] + Implantation Site [Right Flank] + Sample Type [Core needed Biopsy] + Variant Summary [PLEASE NOTE that PDX genomics is changing to reference GRCh38.
