Build instructions

1. mkdir build && cd build
2. cmake .. -DCMAKE_MODULE_PATH=../../seqan/util/cmake -DSEQAN_INCLUDE_DIRS_MAIN=../../seqan/include -DSEQAN_FIND_DEBUG=ON Adjust paths as necessary to seqan.
