Starts a simple webserver. Used in Brunch, but you can adapt it for your project too.

Usage

ire('serve-brunch').serve({
blicPath,
rt,     // default: 3333
stname, // default: localhost
th,     // path to server.js file
mmand,  // run a custom command instead of reading the file
