Branch Locker is a web service that allows administrators to manage write access to a branch in a repository. Branch Locker is written using the Perl Catalyst module version 5.90077 which supplies a web GUI and an API.
It runs on Perl 5.08 and higher, and requires a PostgreSQL database as a back end.
