My Reps - Participatory Budgeting Project

Enter your address and find your local elected representatives. Then tell them to support participatory budgeting!

Built by DataMade for the Participatory Budgeting Project. Powered by the Google Civic Information API.

Running locally

clone git@github.com:datamade/my-reps-pbp.git
y-reps-pbp

 run locally
ll serve -w

navigate to http://localhost:5000/

Web dependencies

Data comes from the Google Civic Information API.

We used the following open source tools:

• Bootstrap - Responsive HTML, CSS and Javascript framework
• Leaflet - javascript library interactive maps
• jQuery Address - javascript library creating RESTful URLs
