GenomeKey-container

This repository contains files to build a GenomeKey-ready Docker container.

GenomeKey

GenomeKey is a Whole Genome Analysis pipeline, that can call variants from FASTQ or BAM files, as well as massively annotate VCF files. It is implemented and made possible by the Cosmos workflow management system.

Deploying documentation locally

This will build GenomeKey docs, commit the files to the gh-pages branch, and repository push the changes.
