vesicle_library

Vesicles with the Dry Martini forcefield [1], constructed in varying sizes, ranging from 10 nm to 30 nm radius. Results are summarized in a technical report [2]. All data are made available under the CC-BY license.

A set of large vesicle systems, ranging in size from 1.75 M to 10 M particles are made available under doi:10.6084/m9.figshare.3406708.
