This is NOT A GENERIC MAPPING from i2b2 Data Model to PCORNet CDM Ver. 3

This is a mapping specific to the Phelan McDermid Syndrome Data Network (PMS_DN,http://www.pcori.org/research-results/2015/phelan-mcdermid-syndrome-data-network-pmsdn), a Patient Powered Research Network (PPRN) funded by PCORI

These are PPRN SPECIFIC SQL commands that map the clinical notes data in PMS_DN from the i2b2 data model to the PCORnet Common Data Model (CDM) Version 3.0
