AssessSupertrees

  1. Edit the makefile for your system
  2. Include the “Boost library” in the project home directory
  3. Compile by running 'make' from the project home directory
  4. Use the executable after checking -h option for available options, i.e., type './AssessSupertree -h' for Mac or Linux for available options
