GSA Hackathon - PBS Tenant Satisfaction

Challenge

GSA's Public Buildings Service (PBS) acquires and manages thousands of federal properties, providing workplaces for federal customer agencies

Conducted Tenant Satisfaction Survey in 2014

Constructed an Operating Cost Measure Analysis Report spanning the same time frame

Details spending on maintenance, cleaning, and utilities

GSA PBS challenged us to use these two data sets to investigate possible tenant satisfaction drivers

Performed descriptive and regression analysis
