These R scripts are an ancillary part of the GXBrowser installation, supporting rank list calculations. Once you have setup the GXBrowser application, you should also download and install these R scripts in the
{Apache HTDocs}/MAT/scripts/ModuleAnalysis (htdocs is often /var/www)
directory.
