Local builds

1. Create development environment

2. Clone git repository

   clone https://github.com/opendata-stuttgart/opendata-stuttgart.github.io.git
   

3. Install Ruby >= 1.9.3

4. Install Bundler

   install bundler
   

5. Install Jekyll

   le install
   

6. Install Node.js and npm

7. Install javascript dependencies

   m install -g grunt-cli
   m install -g bower
   m install
   unt
   

8. Run Jekyll

   le exec jekyll serve
   

9. Open http://localhost:4000/ in your browser
