Scientific computing with Python 2.7

Forked by Lee Lichtenstein and modified to use the package versions used by recapseg and oncotator.

Scipy stack Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, IPython, pandas, Sympy, nose + many others built into Virtual Machines such as Virtualbox, VMWare, Docker, KVM, Zen

Usage

Root password is not set. After launching the Docker container, you can use lxc-attach -n and set the root password if you want.

For example: lxc-attach -n 71dde0b7118d9475c0cebbd0dff4ac9fd70b004d6b2ceb5c36a4a517e9432d99 passwd root
