A complete target environment for marionette using device or emulator (adb).
You can set the environment variable RESTART_B2G to 1 or 0 in order to force
marionette-device-host to (or not to) restart between test runs.
Versions 1 and beyond should be compatible with marionette-js-runner >=1. For marionette-js-runner 0.x, use version 0.1.0.
