FH Wiki Overview
These are the basic components currently being proposed for the contents of this wiki:
- Introductory materials for commonly needed background information such as the basics of using the Rhinos, dealing with your credentials to the various systems, data storage overviews, etc.
- These will be 1 page per topic, OR (in Amy's opinion, ideally) one page with a table of contents full of quick links to different regions of the page
- This will have links and information about Bioinformatics office hours, HPC office hours, Cloud office Hours and any links to the associated FH based in person resources available to provide help.
- Tutorial/Cookbook style documents for commonly performed tasks
- These will be collections of blog style posts that will be roughly categorized into a handful of themes
- Detailed documentation mainly intended for SciComp staff, but which could, when ready, be moved into the above sections when/if they are used and interacted with by researchers themselves.
- This can or can not be rendered into the public facing website, as desired but will live in the same GitHub repo in an effort to unify documents into a specific source.
