BigGIM_APIWrapper

Wraps the BigGIM (Gene Interaction Miner) API 'http://biggim.ncats.io/api' to make it Tranlsator SMART API Complient

• incorporates Uberon and BTO tissue terms
• combines interaction calls into one single call
• returns json or the previously returned uri for an interaction csv file
