Welcome to the ISPY Project!

I-spy portal was developed to support I-SPY trial investigators researching biomarkers predictive of response to therapy for women with breast cancer. I-spy portal allows query, anlysis and visualization of array based data together with clinical annotations.

I-SPY is an Open Source project and it is written in Java using Spring framework, Hibernate, struts, Apache Commons, caCORE CSM.

The I-SPY is distributed under the BSD 3-Clause License. Please see the NOTICE and LICENSE files for details.
