cse_patcher

To run: python google_cse_patcher.py

• Make sure required libraries are installed, python will yell at you if they aren't.
• Make sure to set the global variables, note ssl_verification should be False when working on a local environment.
• This script assummes that first line in provided csv file is column titles, so it is skipped @64.
• This also creates a log file when executed, google_cse_patch.log
